If we did something wrong, we’ll send a return shipping label at no charge. If you simply changed your mind, we’d appreciate if you would cover shipping. If you choose to return your order for a refund, we’ll process your refund within 48 hours of receiving it.

SnapPlates have a 180-day warranty on parts. If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace that part at no charge. If a part fails due to an accident, vandalism, or other test of strength that’s not our fault, we offer replacement parts for the cost of shipping.
